Chatham Hills Luxury Living is the first development in Mia Rose Holdings’ ‘IndyGO!’ business plan to build communities in suburban Indianapolis to support the growth of the region. The Class A multi-family community in Westfield, Indiana will feature 124 one-bedroom units, 114 two-bedroom units and 12 three-bedroom apartments across eight separate two and three-story buildings.
The 21-acre site offers incredible amenities from a resort-style pool to a professional-grade fitness center with group fitness space, pickleball courts, a golf simulator as well as office and conference space. Units will feature quartz counters, soft-close cabinetry, tile backsplashes and showers, luxury vinyl flooring, outside storage closets and modern fixtures. The community will also provide access to a nature trail and lake recreation.
Chatham Hills Luxury Living is slated to begin welcoming tenants in August 2024.
