Tom Kaiman formed Mia Rose Holdings in 2014 and named it after his daughter Mia Rose Kaiman. After 15 years of design and construction experience oversight of over $1 Billion in development, Tom saw a need in the region to align resources and partnerships to support the growing needs of the community related to real estate development.
He has an extensive track record developing construction projects across the United States ranging in size from $50,000 to $250,000,000 in diverse industries.
Tom played professional hockey before starting his engineering and construction career. From the beginning of his career with his first project being the St. Louis Blues Practice Facility, Tom combined his love and insight into hockey to grow a specialty expertise in sports facility development and construction for non-profit organizations.

Cook is a commercial real estate developer, restaurateur and a private lender that makes investments worldwide. Mia Rose Holdings began partnering with Cook on specific developments five years ago and formalized a partnership through Mia Rose Holdings in 2021.
Cook opened his first Imo’s Pizza franchise in 1993 and now operates seven locations throughout the St. Louis region with his wife Amy. In 2014, he and his business partner opened their first Sugarfire Smokehouse in a retail center that Cook owns in St. Charles County. The popular restaurant now franchises locations and there are currently 15 Sugarfire Smokehouse restaurants throughout Missouri, Illinois, Colorado, Texas and Florida.

Dorsey has a Juris Doctor from Southern Illinois University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Nathan Wever brings valuable expertise in construction engineering, consulting and contracting as well as investment property acquisitions and ownership. Over nearly 20 years, he has worked on public and private projects, ranging from $1 million to over $200 million.
As partner and Vice President of Operations, his primary focus is to lead and ensure operational consistency as the firm expands its territory from Missouri and Arkansas to future markets. He has a proven record of aligning needs with budgetary constraints, exceeding expectations and building strong relationships locally and nationally.
Nathan oversees operating standards and practices and all aspects of real estate development including site acquisition, due diligence, construction and stabilization. He implements strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability across the firm’s multifamily projects in construction as well as those in the planning and zoning stages.
Nathan has a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from University of Central Missouri and is a graduate of the Construction Institute Leadership Program at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. He is involved in a variety of community organizations, including as Treasurer for Eagle’s Wings, Team Leader for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Xtreme Hike and a volunteer with the Joshua Chamberlain Society.

He holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Fontbonne University and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from University of Missouri–St. Louis. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants (MOCPA).

The firm has numerous multifamily developments in various stages of construction across Northwest Arkansas and the St. Louis region. Deets holds an Associate of Science in Construction Engineering from Morrison Institute of Technology.

Joyce Morgan brings nearly 25 years of construction industry experience to Mia Rose Holdings. Joyce is a partner on key development projects and is the property owner and manager at Mia Rose Holdings’ Timber Ridge multifamily complex in Hillsboro, Missouri.
Joyce most recently was the Diversity Coordinator for a large, national general contractor. In that role, she helped hire numerous women and minority contractors and apprentices on projects. She also supported minority-owned subcontractors with accounting, payroll, and documentation on projects in a range of industries, including City Foundry STL, the Link in the Loop office and retail building, Mills Properties mixed-use development, Shriners Hospitals for Children, and the City of St. Louis’ O’Fallon Recreation Complex. She previously held roles as the Executive Assistant for Operations and the Warranty and Service Division Coordinator.
Joyce has been honored with the MOKAN CCAC Private Sector Executives of the Year Award and received the Inclusion Advocacy Award from the St. Louis Council of Construction Consumers. She is a member of numerous community and professional organizations, including PEOPLE St. Louis Board Member, Mers Goodwill Volunteer and Clean Sweep Organizer and Volunteer. Clean Sweep is a large-scale, highly charged neighborhood clean-up initiative.

He has managed more than four million square feet of warehouse construction projects totaling $275 million. Lance holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri in Columbia.
As Development Manager, Lance will provide strategic planning to help advance the firm’s vision and is responsible for overseeing select real estate development projects across the St. Louis region and in Northwest Arkansas, including maintaining project budget and schedule.

Ryan completed two internships with Mia Rose Holdings. He will continue to work with the firm’s partners to learn all aspects of the development process.

Spinner’s involvement on those projects will draw from his experience as a member of SLUH’s hockey team when they won two state championships, and as captain of the Chesterfield Falcons U18 club hockey team when the team won the national championship.
