About the Development

The Grand Central Modern Apartments at The Junction is a mixed-use apartment community designed for residents to live, play and relax. Mia Rose Holdings provided all the real estate development services, design oversight, scope development, and construction management. Mia Rose oversaw the land purchase and the ultimate development of the site consisting of all the demolition, utility installations on and off site, grading operations and road construction in order to create parcels for a 7.5 acre multifamily development, a 2.5 acre Sugarfire BBQ Restaurant, and 3 acres of retail.

A total of 180, 1 and 2-bedroom apartments are situated near two restaurants. Other amenities include a resort-style heated saltwater pool and sun deck, sand volleyball pits, clubhouse, community BBQ and picnic area, fitness center and coffee bar. The upscale apartment units feature granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, full-sized washer and dryer, plank flooring and a private balcony or patio.

Located in Wentzville Missouri, the vision of the development was to blend into the downtown historical theme of the area and support the need of additional housing in the fastest growing city in the state of Missouri. The 17 acre lot with two abandoned industrial buildings previously was an eyesore, highly visible off busy Highway 70. Wentzville established a Community Improvement District for the project because it saw the value of the development to improve the community by supporting existing businesses and attracting new growth.
