Mia Rose Holdings provided all the real estate development services, design oversight, scope development, and construction management to convert the 23,000 sq. foot facility formerly known as “The Field” in Pacific, MO into an high efficiency Ice Rink facility. This intense and fast paced project was completed in less than 8 weeks from the commencement of construction and was delivered in time for the 2017/18 ice hockey season.
