Mia Rose Holdings is developing PURE Lowell, a progressive “live, work, play” multi-family community in the Northwest Arkansas city of Lowell in partnership with ERC Holdings. PURE Lowell will feature 109 one-bedroom units and 43 two-bedroom units on six acres spread across 115,000 square feet in ten three-story buildings.
