About the Development

Mia Rose Holdings, through a joint venture partnership with ERC Holdings, provided all the real estate development services, design oversight, scope development, and construction management to develop the “live, work, play” multi-family community in the Northwest Arkansas city of Springdale. Mia Rose coordinated the land purchase and, with ERC, oversaw the development of the site including all the utility installations, land grading and road construction in order to create parcels for the 13.7-acre multifamily development. Construction began in Spring 2021 and units started opening Fall 2023.

PURE Springdale features 163 one-bedroom units and 71 two-bedroom units spread across 234,000 square feet in 16 three-story buildings. Amenities include walking trails, a resort-inspired pool, a fitness center with club-quality equipment, a technology lounge/business center, a gated dog park and numerous greenspace gathering areas. Transacted to Timberland Partners in May 2022. The development is now called The Bowie.

The development is on 13.7 acres visible from 1-49 and conveniently located near Arkansas Children’s Northwest Hospital, Northwest Arkansas Naturals Stadium and several new corporate office buildings on the surrounding land. Springdale is a growing community in need of unique housing that will set this city apart from others located in the growing Northwest Arkansas metro area. The location is considered to be within the Northwest Arkansas metro area’s main thoroughfare, yet offers residents a unique, apartment-community feel that is not currently available in this area of Springdale. PURE Springdale is about creating the feeling of home within the business mecca.
