About the Complex

Mia Rose Holding partnered with 501c(3) Chesterfield Sports Association to develop The Beal Center, a 100,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art indoor multi-court volleyball and basketball complex. Formerly Chesterfield Sports Complex, in 2024 the facility was renamed after St. Louis’ own NBA star Bradley Beal. The modern facility provides much-needed court space and additional recreational facilities for St. Louis youth as well as attracts local and regional sporting events and tournaments, generating jobs and tourism dollars for local businesses.

The sports complex opened in March 2023. In addition to its role as the developer, Mia Rose’s President, Tom Kaiman, is on the board of Chestfield Sports Association, which owns and operates the facility.

As the largest youth volleyball and basketball facility in St. Louis and in the top 10% quality facilities of its kind nationally, The Beal Center attracts approximately 900,000 visitors each year to its clinics, camps, leagues and tournaments. More than 1,000 athletes practice, train and play games there weekly.
