About the Development

Mia Rose Holdings partnered with Benton Homebuilders to develop a luxury, multi-use community in Dardenne Prairie, Missouri. MRH provided comprehensive real estate development services, including design oversight, scope development, securing capital, financial structuring and coordination, and construction management.

The multi-phase project included the construction of five, three-story luxury apartment buildings consisting of 120 one-bedroom units and 60 two-bedroom units. Benton Homebuilders is constructing 60, 1,550-square-foot villas, each with three bedrooms, a full basement, and a two-car garage. On the first floor of one of the apartment buildings will be 12,000 square feet of retail space. An additional 4,500-square-foot retail center will be home to a new Imo’s Pizza. Additional retail and apartment units will be located on a mixed-use building now under construction on an outlot.

The Prairie will support the “live, work, play” lifestyle with features that include a resort-style pool and sun deck, outdoor lounge, clubhouse with a conference/business room, outdoor gathering areas, coffee bar, fitness center, bike racks, dog park, and more.
