The Junction of Scottsdale in Rogers, AR will begin welcoming residents early Fall 2023
ST. LOUIS, MO – Developer Mia Rose Holdings, LLC has begun construction of a third multi-community in Northwest Arkansas. The $55 million Class A ‘The Junction of Scottsdale’ will feature 140 one- and 86 two-bedroom units. The community is conveniently located within a site adjacent to the Scottsdale Center mall at the intersection of North 40th and West Olive Streets in Rogers. With other developments in Springdale and Lowell, Mia Rose Holdings is now executing 614 units of multifamily housing in the region to support the exciting growth of these communities.
“The Mia Rose development team is excited to bring our ‘49 Growth Plan’ to reality as we strategically develop multifamily sites along Northwest Arkansas’ Highway 49 corridor. Each of the communities have been a true pleasure to work with and we are proud to support their visions,” said Tom Kaiman, founder of Mia Rose Holdings. “The recreation opportunities of beautiful nearby natural spaces, job opportunities with major employers and expanding retail options make this area a uniquely special place to call home.”
The project includes construction of seven, three-story buildings and a clubhouse on 9.6 acres. Units range from 751 to 1,109 square feet. All units will have full-size washers and dryers, ENERGY STAR-rated kitchen appliances, energy-efficient mechanical systems, nine-foot ceilings, vinyl wood plank floors, quartz countertops, backlit mirrors, premium soft-close cabinets and roller-shade window coverings.
The amenity-rich “live, work, play” apartment community will feature a resort-inspired pool, a clubhouse, two fitness centers with commercial-grade fitness equipment, a technology lounge/business center with leasable coworking space, covered parking, numerous greenspace gathering areas and professional landscaping using locally popular vegetation.
