VALLEY PARK — A local developer has filed plans to build an apartment complex off Interstate 44 and Highway 141.
Mia Rose Holdings is seeking to build a development with 84 apartments across two buildings at 1911 Valley Park Road, land that includes unincorporated St. Louis County and the city of Valley Park.
The St. Louis County Planning Commission is scheduled to host a public hearing at 7 p.m. July 8 at the Lawrence K. Roos Building in Clayton.
