Completed in 2024, the project showcases Mia Rose’s hallmark upscale finishes and resort-style amenities across five residential buildings and a clubhouse, offering modern one- and two-bedroom units. Known for its expanding portfolio of over 18 developments across St. Louis, Illinois, Indianapolis, Texas, and Arkansas, Mia Rose previously closed another major transaction in 2023 with the $30.88 million sale of The Solstice in Lake Saint Louis.
