Grand Central at The Junction earns two awards as a top mixed-use development

Mia Rose Holdings’s Grand Central at The Junction has garnered two awards as a top mixed-use development. The $45 million development in Wentzville, Missouri features a high-end, mulit-family community in Wentzville features a hotel, two news restaurants, an event space and gym.

Grand Central at The Junction was named a 2021 Best Mixed Use development in St. Louis Business Journal’s Commercial Real Estate Awards. The development also was chosen for a Commercial Construction and Renovation (CCR) magazine Project Profile Award.
