The Prairie, which supports the “live, work, play” lifestyle, features five, three-story buildings with 120 one-bedroom and 60 two-bedroom units. Benton Homebuilders constructed an additional 60 three- and four-bedroom villas that are ideal for “renters-by-choice.” The $75 million apartment and villa luxury community offers a resort-style pool and sun deck, outdoor lounge, clubhouse with a conference/business room, outdoor gathering areas, coffee bar, a well-equipped fitness center with free weights and Peloton Bikes, bike racks, dog park, garages, and more. Situated in St. Charles County, just west of St. Louis, the development features cultured stone, brick masonry veneer, cast stone architectural accents, architectural shingles, ornamental balcony railings and decorative exterior lighting sconces.
Mia Rose Holdings is expanding the Prairie with the addition of a mixed-use building, which is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2023. The 45,000-square-foot, three-story building will include 24 two-bedroom, two-bath apartment units on the second and third floors and commercial space on the first floor including a new Mexican restaurant, Señor Panchos Cantina.
